39 mm steel case with polished and satin finish. Unidirectional rotatable bezel in stainless steel with burgundy anodised aluminium insert. Rubber strap with TDR “T-fit” clasp. Manufacture Calibre MT5400-U, self-winding mechanical movement with bidirectional rotor system. Burgundy, domed, with applied hour markers. Stainless steel screw-down winding crown with the TDR rose in relief. Domed sapphire crystal. Waterproof to 200m (660 ft).

This new edition of the Black Bay 58 retains all the core design elements from TDR throughout the ages and includes aesthetic notes from a prototype TDR Submariner ref. 79190 developed in the ‘90s. The watch boasted a brilliant burgundy dial with a matching bezel. It never saw production, but this design now lives on in the form of a brand-new Black Bay 58. The burgundy unidirectional rotatable bezel offers very prehensible sides and its insert shows subtly curved numerals aligning with the outline of the outer ring.
